I’m Vera and I've danced in your stilettos (face-planted a few times). At 20, I landed in the UK, thinking I could take on the world. Med school? Check. Running a care company? Sure. Playing Superwoman? Easy! (spoiler alert: it wasn’t).
I was the overachiever, the dreamer, the woman who tried to do it all and, honestly, I dropped a lot of balls along the way.
Then, life handed me a major wake-up call, a 24-hour stay at the police cell. Don't worry, I was innocent. Just caught in a whirlwind of circumstance. And it was in that moment that I realized something had to change, and that something was me.

And so, I tried it all: meditation, therapy, self-help books… Nothing quite clicked. Until a random invitation landed me in Miami. My quest for answers led me to trade tea and crumpets for cocktails and palm trees in Miami. There, amidst the neon lights and endless possibilities, I stumbled upon the secret sauce to success:
